Therefore, in this Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) we clearly and unambiguously present the principles of information collection and use applied in the Company’s activities and on the website https://www.arborpro.lt/ (hereinafter – the “Website”), as well as other information about the Company’s approach and principles ensuring the protection of personal data.
The terms “you”, “your” and “visitor” refer to the subject, person, company or organization using our Website or otherwise providing us with personal data. The words “we” and “our” refer to the company Arborpro, MB, established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and its subsidiaries, branches and representatives.

You may also contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate, but we encourage you to first contact the Company, as we aim to resolve all issues together with the visitor.
When submitting a request, you must confirm your identity in the following ways: 1) if submitting in person – by presenting an identity document or a certified copy as prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania; 2) if submitting by post or email – by providing identifiable data stored by the Company; 3) if submitting via a representative – by providing a certified copy of an identity document and a power of attorney (or a certified copy as prescribed by law).
The Company shall, upon receiving your request in writing, respond in writing (including via electronic communications) within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the request, by providing the requested data or stating the reason for refusal.
The 30-day period may be extended by another two months if necessary, depending on the complexity and number of requests. The Company shall inform the requester about the extension within one month from the receipt of the request, providing the reason for the delay.
